- Service hours: 24 hours 7 days a week. (24 hour service is occasionally unavailable) - Business hours service rates (7AM-7PM) 7 days a week. $45 roll out charge includes a trip to your house and 10 minutes of time for simple plumbing repairs that don't require parts or hand tools, questions or in person estimates. Any job that requires parts or hand tools has a half hour minimum charge for labor. $30 per 1/4 hour after the first 10 minutes. ($45 roll out only applies inside Lake Oswego city limits). - Weekend rates Saturday and Sunday time and a half on roll out charge and labor with a half hour labor charge minimum. - After hours service rates (7PM-7AM) 7 days a week.
